Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that is ordered in error. Once the damaged product is received, we will refund your credit card for the cost of the product, less shipping and handling.
Please send an email to email@example.com or call the tasting room at (509) 627-0266, to arrange for the return or replacement of of corked or flawed product.
If you place an order in error or would like to make changes to your order, we will gladly accept corrections and cancellations up until the day the product leaves our facility.
